Catering industry got the main role in HUNGEXPO Budapest\nCongress and Exhibition Center on 21 October 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sirha Budapest, the most significant international HoReCa\nand Retail Show of the CEE region will await the professionals on 22-24 March\n2022 for the fifth time at HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of exhibitors are constantly growing so it was\ntime to show the new exhibition area, the newly built pavilions to the future\nexhibitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlight of the day was the final of the Bocuse d\u2019Or Hungary. The participants of the business breakfast could also take part in the excitement and cheered for their favourites. The plenary room was performed well and the end of the day, the winner of the Bocuse d\u2019Or Hungary was also announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bence Dalnoki and Patrik Nyikos will be representing Hungary at the Bocuse d\u2019Or Europe at Sirha Budapest in March.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition, in addition to putting Sirha Budapest in\nthe spotlight of international attention, provides a great opportunity for\nHungarian gastronomy to gain greater awareness on the international stage, as\nthe participants will work with Hungarian ingredients during both the\npreparation and the competition, so the chefs, restaurant owners and\ngastronomic experts visiting the competition will get to know Sirha Budapest’s\noffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
